Please read this section to make sure you get the correct delivery service. We have three delivery zones. All you have to do is look up which zone you are in using the first half of your postcode. You can do this using the information below. For example, all customers in main land England would be in the first zone.
Delivery charge comprises the courier fee, damage or loss in transit insurance, packaging and labour costs.
The three zones we have are the UK, Europe and worldwide. There is a separate charge for ink cartridges based on weight so that you are not charged as much.
UK
All postcodes in Mainland England or Wales.
Postcodes beginning - DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (Except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PA3.
Europe
These are the difficult to reach areas in the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe.
Postcodes beginning - AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49, PH50, BT (Northern Ireland).
Postcodes beginning - HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, IM (Isle of Man), Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands.
World Wide
This is everywhere outside of Europe.
Ink cartridges only
If your order comprises of only ink cartridges the delivery charge is calculated based on weight. If your order comprises of a mixture of computer equipment and ink cartridges then choose your delivery area from those shown above.
Returns |
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;or
where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been damaged by you.
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
