All delivery will be 24 to 48 hour by courier service. Delivery on purchases with PCs-PCs.com is charged at a standard £6.90 throughout mainland UK except on special offers. This standard charge excludes cases, monitors and UPS’s. A delivery threshold of 20KG applies. Anything over this £0.28 per KG would be applied.
PCs-PCs.com currently delivers to the following locations, UK Mainland Scottish Highlands Offshore Islands Northern Ireland Jersey Isle of Man Guernsey.
We are able to deliver on a Saturday for an additional fee (approximately £15. Please note this figure may vary). Please contact your Account Manager for details.
Returns
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been damaged by you.
The provisions of clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
